Q. Can i use this premix on vending machine?
A. Yes.

Q. What is the shelf life ?
A. 9 months from the date of manufacture.

Q. Will there be taste difference? if used with vending machine vs manually with hot water. please give brief explanation.
A. Yes.. without vending machine the ratio of premix and water does match exactly.

Q. Do you have a sugar free tea/coffee premix?
A. Yes we do have Latte Range of beverages. Coffee Latte and Tea Latte.

Q. How many cups per KG?
A. 100cups  of 80ml  |  80cups of 100ml.

Q. How is the water supply connected to Vending Machine . Do we need to use containers or the machine needs a running water supply ??
A. You need to connect a gallon water can - inverted - on top.

Q. Instead of premix, can I use normal coffee powder or tea powder.
A. No you can not use.

Q. What is the electric consumption of this vending machine?
A. The electric consumption would be maximum 2 kilo watt.

Q. Can we make settings with this vending machine ?
A. Yes, you can make settings according to your interest in cup size.

Q. Where will I get the packet of tea and coffee premix every time?

Q. What is the minimum delivery time?
A. For all local orders in city of Aizawl we usually deliver stocks at your door step  with in 24 to 36 hours. For any orders outside the city of Aizawl and within the state of Mizoram, we would need 4 to 5 days to get your order delivered. Excluding National Holidays and Sundays.

Q. What if I get damaged products?
A. Don't worry, we are here for you. We will replace the products. For any such concerns you can mail on bdm@cafedesire.global
